Professor Thomas Mauriello was promoted to “Fellow” by the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences (AAFS) at their 67th Annual Scientific Meeting in Orlando, FL on   February 16-21, 2015. During the meeting, Professor Mauriello presented a four-hour workshop on communications skills while testifying in court, teaching academic courses,  and general public speaking; as well as presenting a scientific paper on the new pedagogy of the “flipped classroom” blended learning format.
