  • Investigation Discovery (ID) Channel – Forensic You DecideSeries – Episode 5, “Caught on Tape,” Produced by Sirens Media.
    • This case is one that I was hired to examine not only that the defendant was “Not Guilty,” as determined by a Baltimore City jury in a criminal trial, but to prove he really “didn’t do it.”   The reason was that the US Parole System, was remanding him back in prison because he was on parole when he was arrested for the Arson/1st Degree Murder, and the parole board believed he was guilty.  Their standard is different than the criminal court’s “beyond a reasonable doubt.”  They thought he did it, so they were going to revoke his parole.  The final result, after presenting my report was that he was released.
